Total Posts: 13 vacancies.

HP Police Services -Class-I (4 posts): Three Seats are reserved for SC(2 seats) and ST(1 Seat).
HP Administrative Service-Class-I (9 posts): Four Seats (One Each) are reserved for UR/OBC/SC/ST. Rest 5 seats for General category’s candidates.

Qualifications: Graduation from recognized universities and Institutions.

Posting City: Himachal Pradesh (HP).

Post Name/Designation : Class -1 Gazetted officer.

Salary with Grade Pay Scale : Rupees. 15600-39100 + 5400 (GP).

Last Date for Applying: The cutoff date is 4th February 2013.

Age Limit: 21 to 35 Years.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Criteria: The candidates who wants to apply for the post should be Graduate / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent from any Streams/MBBS or other Medical Equivalent Examination without their internship by as of 04/02/2013.

Age Limitation: The applicant should lie between 21 to 35 years on the 1st January 2013. There is special age relaxation for reserved candidates in Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.

Rupees. 250/- for General candidates and also for reserved candidates from other States.
Rupees. 63/- for reserved candidates from HP except Ex-service person(No fees).

Payment Mode: The applicants can pay their fees through E- CHALLAN in any branches of PNB (Punjab National Bank ).
PNB challan for HPPSC: You will get an E – Challan after applying the job through online mode. All the required details will be filled by the PNB to the candidate.

HPPSC Selection Procedure

There are three phase of selection process for HPPSC.

preliminary examination: Candidates will get Objective Type Question Papers with negative marking.
Main Written Examination: This section is for selected candidates in Prilims and will get subjective type questions.
Viva-Voce: This is interview round of those candidates who have already selected in Main Writen Exam.
